Policy/Order Information

ATTENTION Before placing an order, read this policy form and contact us if you have questions or issues. PFOT offers secure ordering through it's online store at shoponline.pfot.com. E-mailing credit card information is against  your credit card company's policy.  As always, you can fax or phone your order in at 732-441-0404 (phone) or 732-441-1422 (fax; download FaxBack Form).

Payment Terms / Minimum Order

• International Catalogue Request - $5 charge (Outside of North America)
  
  
• All orders subject to acceptance by Pocket Full of Therapy, Inc.
  
  
• Minimum order is $20.00 US. Orders under this amount will incur a $3.00 US service charge.
  
  
• Purchase Orders are accepted from approved agencies. Shipping charges must be included on purchase order. All P.O. bills are payable net 30 days of invoice. Past due balances are subject to finance charges.
  
  
• Orders from individuals are gladly accepted. Payment (check, money order or credit card) must be submitted with order. If prepaying with a check, please call for availability of items. Shipping charges, as noted on the order form, must be included. Please call for shipping rates to areas outside of the contiguous U.S. A minimal post office fee of $8.00 will be added to those orders not being shipped by UPS. Additionally, PFOT reserves the right to pass on any additional postage/shipping costs to the consumer, as needed.
  
  
• Only US funds accepted. Foreign orders must be prepaid or on credit card. Please email for item availability and shipping quote.
  
  
• There is a $20.00 US fee on all returned checks.
  
  
• Prices subject to change without notice, including shipping/handling rates as needed.
  
  
• Substitutions may be made, of equal or higher value, unless otherwise stated.
• A credit slip will be issued for all credits/refunds under $30.00 US.
  

Returns/Loss/Damages/Errors

• Please check your order promptly. Damages and shortages in shipment must be reported to the carrier immediately and Pocket Full of Therapy, Inc. within 15 working days. Errors must also be reported within 15 days.
  
• All returns require proof and date of purchase and will not be accepted without prior authorization from Pocket Full of Therapy, Inc. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
• Computer Products
  Please check all requirements for both hardware and software. If they don't make sense to you, or you are unfamiliar with your computer system and its requirements, ask someone more knowledgeable about computers to help you before ordering. Most software manufacturers will not accept returns of opened software and hardware and we must follow their policies. Feel free to call us with questions before placing an order.
  

Safety/Conditions of Sale

• When using our toys and materials, manufacturers safety recommendations, when indicated, should be adhered to. The developmental age of the client should be considered and use for safety recommendations, rather then the chronological age. Adult supervision and common sense should also be used at all times.
  
  
• Since results obtained with the use of our toys and materials depend greatly on circumstances beyond our control, we cannot assume and we disclaim responsibility for any damage, expense, or injury of any kind associated with the use of toys and materials sold by Pocket Full of Therapy, Inc. Failure to notify us before ordering shall constitute acceptance of these conditions of sale.
